GMA News, a Philippine news entity with the slogan Walang Kinikilingan, Walang Pinoprotektahan, Walang Kasinungalingan, Serbisyong Totoo Lamang (Siding with no one, protecting no one, lying to no one but only providing honest service) has committed a major blunder yet again. This time, it’s about a recent article that was published talking about Davao City Mayor and Presidential Aspirant Mayor Rordrigo Duterte’s lead going into the final weekend before the Philippine Election.
Pinoy Teens condemns headlines such as this, and highly questions on which side GMA News really stand. Are they indeed as neutral as they seem to be? Are they in service of the people? Or are they simply up for the money in delivering irresponsible headlines and content such as this?
