MANILA, 10 April 2014 – As part of AirAsia Zest’s continuous effort to provide enhanced online experience for guests, the airline will be carrying out a system upgrade and maintenance of its website ( starting from 11 – 12 April 2014.

Online flight booking services via website and mobile will be temporarily unavailable from 10pm on Friday, 11 April 2014 (Malaysia time/GMT+8) to 4am on Saturday, 12 April 2014 (Malaysia time/GMT+8).

During this maintenance period, flight booking through AirAsia Zest and AirAsia sales offices, counters and call centre will also be unavailable.

During the downtime, guests will not be able to perform self-check in via self-check in kiosks, as well as the ‘manage my booking’ feature online.

Guests may still book hotel accommodation, tour packages or car rentals at, which is not affected by the system upgrade and maintenance.
