October 2012 has been a pretty pale month. Yes, Pinoy Teens still didn’t push through with the fancy School Tours that were planned way back in July nor did we (or should I say, I?) manage to write a lot of new exciting content. This time, the reasons for the delay are a bit more valid, and serious.
First and foremost, I’ve been pretty much the only person who showed interest in working on this blog, even someone nearby here isn’t interest in helping – at all. My leadership skills are good as zero, as it seems – but I guess the interest of my folks isn’t as high anyway. That’s why the arrival of a genuinely interested colleague (Ace) couldn’t be more timely, let’s see how that fares for next month.
Secondly, I was down with Dengue Fever. It wasn’t as bad as I had thought though, luckily my platelets barely stayed at two digits (lowest was 99) for too long. The four day stay at the Hospital may have cost me my Christmas Gift though. :p
Earnings on Pinoy Teens have been on an all time high* again. Despite the fact that traffic dropped yet another 25% from last month, monetization this October has exceeded double of what we racked in last September.
I’m very positive about the future of this blog and my other online projects. It can only get better from here on. We’ve been down low, we’ve felt how it feels like to be at the bottom of the list… (by our/my standards) and we’re moving on in an upward trend.
