Pinoy Teens is using Smart LTE for over 6 months now. The experience with both the internet service and customer support of Smart has been excellent and outstanding.
Of course, there may have been a few minor hiccups here and there with my internet connection, but all issues were surely to be resolved within 6-12 hours of calling in the problem. The most weird problem, however, was the fact that I only had 3G connection during the Kadayawan Festival.
Let’s not ponder too much on that little problem that I had though. Like I said before, using Smart LTE has been a pleasing experience. True, Smart 4G isn’t covered everywhere I go yet, but at the very least, I’m getting fast 3G connection whenever I need to, but more importantly, I’m getting LTE connection at the places I tend to visit most frequently: at home (Luzviminda, Maa), Matina Town Square area, Gaisano Mall of Davao, PWC of Davao and at the apartment in R. Castillo where I lived for a few months before moving back home last July.
Whenever I have LTE, I barely get to experience internet connection below 10Mbps. It’s only in school where I tend to only get around 2-5Mbps on LTE.
At home, however, I’ve even breached the promised up to 42Mbps wall.
Smart LTE has become not only my go-to internet connection, but my only connection at that. We’ve dropped our 1Mbps home broadband priced at 995PHP/month with the Smart Unlisurf LTE 1500PHP/month plan. No regrets at all, just pure love. <3
If you need a solid internet connection, there’s no better way to go but with Smart LTE. You will not only get to enjoy the fast speed of the network, but more importantly, a less strict and more lenient FUP that doesn’t fuck you up once you reach 1GB of data a day.
Let me remind you though, that your experiences may change. Internet speed and reliability still depends on where you live and how you intend to use it. For me, I’m quite lucky because I can get on average 30-40Mbps speed here at home, so it’s overly satisfying to know that I can update all my apps and download apps and TV episodes on a breeze (not to forget play DotA with 70-110ms ping)
