The Philippine Society of Information Technology Students (PSITS) in Davao City are going to host a Fundraising Seminar on December 17, 2011 at the JobS Academy.
The seminar will consist of two sets of speakers with two different themes. The first one, will be hosted from 8AM-12NN while the second seminar will be in the afternoon from 1PM-5PM.
More than `just` a Seminar
This won’t be like the ordinary seminars that you have been to lately, because participants will have the chance to go “hands on” with the software the speakers will introduce and are so going to have a firsthand experience on how to deal with the respective application.
WordPress, Blogging, CMS & SEO | 8AM-12NN by Kevin Paquet
The first Hands On Workshop will be hosted by our very own founder Kevin Paquet. Kevin is also a current Information Technology Student at the Philippine Women’s College of Davao. He also leads the I.T Community at his School for the school year 2011-2012.
Kevin Paquet, being exposed to the field he’s going to talk about is more than knowledgable when it comes to Blogging, WordPress (as CMS) and Search Engine Optimization. If you’re curious at how he was able to make Pinoy Teens a successful blog which has reached international recognition; make sure not to miss his Workshop!
Rumor says also that our hosting company, Eleven2 may roll out special promo codes for this event.
