On the 5th of September, I’ll be taking a late plane to go to Manila. Just some hours before the WordCamp Philippines Fever will come my way the next morning. For all those who are here for the first time, let me inform you that WordCamp Philippines will be taking place on the 6th of September at the De La Salle College of Saint Benilde. But, the registration has been closed for quite some time already.
I’m lucky to be one of those who will attend the said event. Although, I barely know a single blogger of the many joining WordCamp Philippines, in Manila. It’s quite something to fly in from Davao for such an event at the age I’m in, isn’t it? 🙂 There are two things that I fear going to Manila. One of them, is that there will be a accident happening. I just don’t trust Filipino Planes and Pilots, sorry to say so.
Secondly, I fear meeting all the people there. I’m not that good in socializing, you know. And I bet I’ll be meeting some fierce rivals at the event. Hopefully, I’ll be able to befriend all of them and have a good time there. After the Saturday event, I’ll be vacant the whole Sunday morning and afternoon.
