As Mr Robert Simborio, the Corporate Media and PR Manager for Max’s puts it, Max’s always sees to it that whatever dish they come up with – it always compliments their chicken and boy, they did not disappoint us there.

I’m personally quite fond of Caldereta, but the Adobong Baka sa Gata took me by surprise. Not only because it was probably my first time to try the said dish, but because it was extremely tasty and suited the chicken well.

That’s one of the reasons why I tagged along my mother, a cousin and my girlfriend on my next visit to Max’s – and they agree with me, the Adobong Baka sa Gata is truly superb!

The Dining Experience

Dine-in at Max’s is truly a joy. Though Max’s comes in at a slightly higher price tag than your regular fast food, it comes with a whole new dining experience – like in a fully fledged restaurant with waiters to see after each and every customers’ concerns.

Even my mother was astounded at the service and dining atmosphere offered by the people around and by the place itself. You don’t see that at your regular fast food, do you?
