Chinese wildcard winners CDEC have played an excellent group stage at The International 2015, finishing with flying colors in the Upper Bracket. Their stellar run continued as they routed Cloud9 clearly with a 2-0 BO3 series win. There was no escape for Cloud9 as CDEC looked to play excellent objective-based DotA2 with well execution and great team fights.
LGD on the other hand, winners of Group A who finished even in points with Team Secret, secured their progress in at The International 2015 by edging out Team Empire 2-1 in their own BO3 series.
