PinoyTeens Chika: Erik Tai "Eruption" of Showtime Engaged to Girlfriend

Eric Tai or popularly known as Eruption of ABS-CBN’s top-rating  noontime program “It’s Showtime” announced that he is now engaged to his non-showbiz girlfriend named Rona Samson at Mayon Volcano in Albay last week.

“Doon sa Mayon Volcano umakyat kami, siyempre Eruption at Mayon Volcano. Pero nag-camping lang kami sa taas then ‘yun I popped the question madaling araw na,” Tai shared on the noontime show on Monday.

 

In his Instagram account, Tai also posted a photo showing Samson’s hand wearing the engagement ring with caption: “@Rownita said YES!!! #iAmIndeedAVeryLuckyBeast #BeautyAndTheBeast #GoodFriday.”

 

Samson, on her part, posted a photo of her and Tai kissing with the Mayon Volcano in the background with the caption: “Still on cloud 9. A very beautiful morning from Mayon Volcano.”
