I’m excited to share the good news with all of you, that Pinoy Teens, yes, this very blog has been nominated in the Philippine Blog Awards 2011 in the Bloggers Choice category.

Aside from Pinoy Teens, my other blog, Student Blogger has also been nominated, but only in the Mindanao region as one of the many Personal blogs.

This is not the first time that Pinoy Teens has been nominated at the Philippine Blog Awards. In 2009, this blog was one of the finalists for the Best Design category when it was sporting the Revolution Pro Media theme from Brian Gardner. (Coincidentally, we are using the Genesis + News Child Theme which is also from the same theme designer)

First Major Nomination

Why vote for Pinoy Teens?

I’ve always been a very active, dedicated and passionate blogger in my field. Pinoy Teens has received various recognition from all across the globe, from an international group of people who enlisted us as part of a top 50 list for College Students, to becoming the Youth Partner of the Youth Engagement Summit 2009 in Kuala Lumpur.. Not to forget the recent media partner at the celebrateIT event.

I believe it’s time that Pinoy Teens gains some recognition in the local scene as well, and now, now is the time. 🙂

This has been the first time that any of my blogs have been nominated for a major award; which makes it all even more thrilling on my end!
