As the title says so, the Philippines may not have made it to top Miss International, but being among the top 12 isn’t a bad result at all. Philippines pride Patricia Fernandez has been announced ranking among the Top 12 which were mentioned in Alphabetical Order.
The title for Miss International 2008 was handed over to Spain, who was represented by: Alejandra Andreu
