      I don't think so. "Give chance to others". If I only get 1 seat, I have to pass it on to someone on this site whom I promised to attend this year, that's if I even get 1 seat. And if there are two seats that I get, I still might not make it as there is another writer who I consider to attend instead of me.

      But generally, how to make it? No information posted for 2010 yet!
