Hello my Philo friend, I find the need to comment maybe for just this 1 time. Since I am decades older, but probably not by any means decades wiser I do find the need to share a bit. I agree when one is smitten with love it has a tendency to blind those affected.. Possibly it is like a solar eclipse. You cant watch it but you cant take your eyes off of it. Regarding your comments of your own love both from an emotional and sexual standpoint. You should save some of the comment for the locker room talk. Given the advancement of the computer era you may want to consider not sharing your current sexual accomplishments and happinesses with the world..Maybe your girlfriend or girlfriends dont want their involvements they have shared with you to be broadcast..After all it is an intimate thing that many may cherish and hold dear to their hearts.. Please also dont forget…sometimes parents read these blogs also…So much for a private intimate moment that 2 have shared together…and many parents think of their kids as being pure from their upbringing rather than facing the true reality that their kids are not babies anymore. Regarding the comment of sensitivity of the girl spreading her legs and having the afterthought of OMG…What have I done, there may be a boy unsure of his own sexuality who has been smitten by love…spread his own legs, had love come to him from the front or maybe it snuck up on him from behind..At a young vulnerable age, he also can wake up to the same…OMG…What have I done??? …Love is blind, it helps us cover up some things we may want to forget, but love also blinds us …when we let it…Your Florida Friend

"Love is Blind." The phrase been used in song lyrics and book titles to mean that lust makes a person crazy. They overlook flaws, circumstances and dangers in an effort to connect sexually.

The deeper meaning of the proverb is that when people are truly in love they are able to the shortcomings and deficiencies of their partner.
