Palarong Pambansa 2009 in Leyte

The Palarong Pambansa 2009 heads to the Tacloban City, Leyte. Thousands of Filipino Athletes spread all over the main venue, Tacloban City’s Sports Development Center which is located in the Leyte Region. All 17 regions from the Philippines, inlcluding a pretty representative from Region 11 (Dava0) attended the opening ceremony of the Palarong Pambansa 2009 which host is the beautiful region of Leyte.

President GMA was present too and took part in the opening ceremonies at the Sports Development Center in Leyte to get things started for our very own athletes who will show off their guts during the whole Palarong Pambansa starting yesterday, April 26 until May 2, 2009.
