Recently, my parents decided to switch my internet service provider. It was just too much hassle for them to go back and fort the Globelines Office at NCCC Mall for the frequent modem defects that I’m experiencing. And here we go, finally, one among the brothers and sisters of Smart Bro.
I’ve been making use of Smart Bro now for good 40 minutes and I can say that it definitely proved to be better than I’ve thought at first. And indeed, it’s much better than Globelines, very surprisingly. Smart bro do has its flaws, but besides the weakness against multiple tabs, I don’t see any problems with it. While at the other end, with Globelines broadband, I can’t even send a mass message on my Yahoo! Messenger, because it would just disconnect every now and then.
All I can say is, that Smart Bro’s been so far so good for me^^,)

I used to have Smart Bro but I had it cut off last month since it was slow. I asked the Smart Bro Guy why is that and he said that it depends on your location daw, haha.
Anyways, I use PLDT’s My DSL now. And so far, it’s good. Haha.
I’m a U.S. citizen trying to stay in contact with a christian girl from your country ,but many told her to switch to globe that it was better but it is far worse, and they have no way online for you to even complain to them about their poor service, globe is the worst company i have ever encountered in 58 years of life period, i am shocked at their arrogance and total lack of concern for their customers, they like many american companies only looking for profit and nothing else which is a guarantee of failure

Try to restart your connection (yung modem or router or whatever you call it)
globe broadband sucks!!!!it has a very slow internet connection i have 2 wake up early in the morning so i can surf the net!!!i’ve been thinking 2 switch to smartbro…
I wish another company would come out to replace Smart and Globe, they suck!!!
