I received a text message from my friend of gensantos.com to spread very tragic news via Plurk to my friends and followers there. But aside from Plurking it, I will give it a post.
Just a few hours ago, according to Avel, General Santos Oval Plaza was hit by a attacker with a granade, near the Halina Resto. There have been twelve people who are wounded and most of them are identified as children.
This are the only pieces of information that I can share with you up to this very moment but I will of course keep you on track about updates on the happenings in General Santos City and other major locations in the Philippines this new year.
