I want to invite all of you to start using the Firefox Web Browser and immediately jump into the development process of Firefox 3.1 beta 3, as it’s the most recent preview/beta release of Mozilla. It contains a lot of sneak features that you may have seen on Google’s Google Chrome, including, but is not limited to the addition of a new privacy set up, which lets you browse pages in private.
In this latest beta version of Firefox, the address bar has been update and optimized as well for improved performance and user friendliness for those who have seen its purpose a bit too geeky. We’ve been using Firefox 3.1 beta 3 for a couple of hours now and there’s nothing like it, so far. Everything is very much the same with the other 3.x versions of Firefox, only that this browser seems to be a little bit faster.
For those who are concerned about certain plugins and add-ons, and also themes, you need to wait before major themes, and, add-ons are going to be updated for the final release of Firefox. But that won’t be too far away! Anyways, go ahead and feel free to start using Firefox now!

"jump into the development process of Firefox 3.1 beta 3" — I don't think inviting end-users to use Firefox 3.1 beta 3 would be a good thing. Ang dating sa akin, parang iniinvite mo ang users na gamitin ang browser na ito for everyday use eh. First of all, this is still a beta release, hindi pa ganun kastable. Mas okay parin kung release candidate (RC) na ito final release.
There's nothing bad about using a software that is still on beta. Ang gamit kasi ng beta version for people to test the software, not deploy it to their workstations for everyday use.

Thanks for visiting our blog and leaving feedback on one of our articles. You've got your point but probably Kevin really just meant that people should help out testing the browser. As most people should know already, that a beta, is a beta, and nothing stable yet.
So far I’m totally satisfied with FF 3.1 beta 3. I like the private browsing functionality, and that you can rip off tabs and create new windows from them, just like in Chrome. I know it’s still in beta, but it seems quite good, only some rare crashes… Also tried FF 3.2, it’s far from stable… (at least on Linux, but I daresay it’s more stable on Windows…)
