The Ateneo de Manila University tops the state university University of the Phililppines by a notch in the local rankings, and by 144 in the world wide category of a “problematic suvey” according to Hidalgo.
Joining Ateneo de Manila and University of the Philippines are the new entries De La Salle University who are also known as DLSU and the UST who ranked 415th and 470th, respectively.
Hidalgo adds that the survey was problematic because they have not been informed about this, and have merely been informed that the rankings for University of the Philippines went up, which is actually a good thing. Whilst the sad fact is that it fell behind the Jesuits of Katipunan, Ateneo de Manila University.
Are UP’s doubts of fact? Or just mere expressions of their defeat to the Ateneans?

im sorry but i cant understand a thing in this part. iis this supposed to be a ‘news article’? i guess not. this should be balanced and unbiased.
