The score board says it, and so does the whole game do. Ateneo de Manila Blue Eagles managed to keep another contender off for the mean time; defeating the Adamson Falcons for the 22nd successive time. The game was not that easy easy, forumers of several forums say (I wasn’t able to watch it because I just came home).
The scores were quiet close until the 3rd quarter came up and Captain Chris Tiu has stepped up for his fellow men, shooting 10 of his 12 points in the second half. Quiet awesome performance huh? Just that he has moved into action a little bit too late. But well, the 3rd quarter was really the turning point and the final breakaway for Ateneo de Manila to win this match against Adamson with some big score; 72 for Ateneo and 45 for the pity Falcons.
Best Player / Champ of the game - Chris Tiu
PS Bank Maasahan player - Nonoy Baclao
With this performance, Ateneo de Manila and UE Red Warrios move in to 2 wins with no losses so far in the season. Will Ateneo continue to soar high? When will we see Buenafe in action? (A Buanafe show instead of Tiu) Hopefully soon, it could be up for their next match this Sunday against UE!
